I’ve been using this mat for a week and the star pattern is so calming during my practice. The surface has just the right amount of grip, even when I sweat a little.

The free yoga bag is a nice bonus, but the mat itself is what surprised me — it's got just the right amount of grip and cushioning for my morning flows. I love the star pattern, it makes unrolling it feel special.

The blue and white star pattern is even prettier in person, and the mat grips well enough that my hands don't slide during downward dog. I've used it four times this week and it hasn't curled at the edges yet.
