The chakra stars are such a clever visual guide during my practice—I focus on each one as I move through poses. The free yoga bag that came with it is sturdy and fits the mat perfectly, making it easy to carry to class.

I was pleasantly surprised the free yoga bag has a separate shoe pocket, makes carrying everything so much easier. The chakra stars printed on the mat give me a clear visual focus during my meditation practice, really helps with alignment.

The colors are actually gorgeous in person and I've been using each star as a little cue to slow down during my morning stretches. Free bag was a nice bonus too since my old mat strap finally gave out.
